Latcharter Airlines have hired Ms. Ruta Bogdane as the new Quality Manager. She has been the the Quality Manager for the Latvian Civil Aviation Authority for the last four years but joined us at the beginning of this month.

New Aircraft joins the LatCharter fleet

LatCharter Airlines has concluded a lease agreement for one Airbus A320200.

The aircraft, which has received the Latvian registration YLLCF, will be operating a charter service on an ACMI basis for Travel Service out of Prague. Travel Service, like LatCharter Airlines, is a subsidiary of the Icelandair Group.

Mr. Rolands Ramins has been appointed the new VP Operations for LatCharter Airlines.

Roland has worked in the aviation field since 1996 and joined LatCharter Airlines in 2007.

LatCharter Completes English Training for Pilots

Effective March 5, 2008, ICAO Annex 1 (Personnel Licensing) standards require that all private and commercial pilots operating internationally have an airman certificate with an endorsement of language proficiency.
